With over 30 years of experience, Sophie Leathart is an RHS-qualified horticulturalist and florist specializing in sustainable, seasonal design. Based at Black Knight Flowers, she combines flower growing with expert floral demonstrations, Chelsea Flower Show collaborations, and botanical research.
Creating floral arrangements for numerous weddings and themed parties, including a ’60s party and a party themed around famous pop groups. She uses seasonal flowers and foliage and takes inspiration from my walks around my home.

Ellouise is a Floral Designer who runs her own business. Ellouise loves to compete and is the proud owner of many awards including a prestigious Chelsea Gold Medal and the RHS Best in Show Title for Young Chelsea Florist of the Year for 2018. Ellouise has been demonstrating since 2016, with one of her proudest moments passing her NAFAS area test. She enjoys showing new techniques mixing them with ways to recreate lavish designs with product to create designs to make each individual stand out!
